Step by step method

  1. Sign up as Owner
    Go to FindBestViews.comSign Up → choose Owner. Verify your email. Log in.
  2. Complete Owner profile
    Dashboard → Profile. Add display name, phone, business name, GST or tax ID if applicable, and payout details.
  3. Add New Listing
    Dashboard → Add New Property. Follow the Homey sections below.
  4. Basic Information
    Property name, short tagline, full description, property type, guest capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, check-in and check-out times.
  5. Location
    Street address, area, city, state, PIN code. Drag the map pin to the exact location. Hide map pin if you want it private until booking.
  6. Media
    Upload 10 to 25 photos. Minimum 2000 px on the long edge. JPG or PNG only. Add 1 cover image. Optionally add a 15 to 45 second walkthrough video link.
  7. Amenities
    Tick all available amenities such as private pool, Wi-Fi, AC, parking, kitchen, indoor games, outdoor seating, barbecue, caretaker.
  8. Details
    House rules, pet policy, smoking policy, events policy, accessibility notes, safety devices, power backup, water source.
  9. Pricing
    Base price per night, extra guest fee, weekend price, seasonal price, cleaning fee, security deposit, taxes. Select currency. Enable discounts if needed.
  10. Availability
    Open the calendar. Block unavailable dates. Optional iCal sync with Airbnb, Booking, or Google Calendar.
  11. SEO
    Custom URL slug, meta title, meta description, focus keywords such as villa name, area, and city.
  12. Submit for Review
    Click Submit for Review. You will get an email confirmation.
