- No-Show: If a guest does not arrive without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
2. How Refunds Are Processed

- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
3. Special Circumstances
Refunds may not apply in cases such as:
- Early check-out by guests

4. Modifications to Bookings
- Any request to change dates is subject to availability and may involve price differences.
