2. Booking Policy
- Guests must provide accurate personal details (name, email, phone, ID) at the time of booking.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining property decorum and preventing damage.
- Any damage or loss caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
- Pets, smoking, and parties are permitted, provided they comply with local laws and safety guidelines.
4. Payments
- We accept all major payment methods (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, cash at property, etc.).
- All payments must be made in full before check-in unless agreed otherwise.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be treated as cancellations and will not be refunded.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- Anavrin Stays is not responsible for loss of valuables, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for inappropriate or unlawful behavior.
7. Website Use
- The content on FindBestViews.com is for informational and booking purposes only.
- Prices, availability, and property details may change without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
